Journaling doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as simple as just taking a notebook and pouring out thoughts on it. When you are feeling overwhelmed, one of the best things to do is to journal. I have personally found this to be immensely useful every time I found myself juggling too many things.

If journaling isn’t your thing, maybe call up a friend and have a chat. If you have a friend who understands that you need a sounding board more than advise, perfect! Another option is recording your thoughts famously made infamous by Luis Litt on Suits TV series. But you can not deny the fact that it actually helps in clearing your head.

In the age of video calls and social media, it is easy to stay connected but face to face meetings are still unmatched. There is something about being able to hug, share a laugh that virtual meetings can not match.
